If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates or carrier notices.
  2. Look around your delivery area and with neighbors in case it was left nearby.
  3. Contact us at support@vivolane.com if it’s been more than 3 days since the expected delivery date.

We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund according to our shipping policy.
